One may think about our environment as one might like.  Some may think that a little gas, whether it is butane or CO2, cannot do much damage.  However, every aerosol can contains 75% gas.  If we consider that in Germany alone, one billion aerosol cans are used, in the EU four billion and worldwide 11 billion, it begins to look differently and concerns arise.

• Residual content lead to disposal problems with contamination of groundwater as a result
• Huge amounts of cans cause a crucial disposal problem

2. Hand pump sprays

• Unsufficient quality of plastic parts
• Contact with corrosive liquids while handling
